.. ...Patricia "Patti" Kalamets Rusinack, L.P.N., 64, of Bitner, Pa., passed from this life on Thursday, January 4, 2007, in Uniontown Hospital, after a courageous battle with multiple myeloma.
......She was born in Uniontown, Pa., on January 14, 1942, the only child of Theresa Volpe Kalamets and George Kalamets, both of whom predeceased her.
...... Patti was a member of St. Therese de Lisieux R.C. Church Family in Uniontown, Pa. She graduated from Uniontown High School in 1959, and became an L.P.N. in 1986. She was retired from the Washington County Health Center in Washington, Pa.

Patti is survived by the loves of her life, her three children: devoted daughters Kelly Elaine Rusinack and Sheila Theresa Richard Porter, of Bitner, who cared for their mother in her final illness, and son Michael George Rusinack of Woodbridge, Va.; and three beloved grandchildren: Brandon Michael Richard and Valerie Nichole Richard of Bitner, and Cassandra Leigh Rusinack of Woodbridge, Va. She is also survived by numerous members of the Volpe and Kalamets families, her ex-husband, Michael Rusinack of Laurel Hill, and nieces and nephews of the Rusinack family.
...... Patti was a wonderful person whose sense of humor and gentle kindness touched everyone she met.

...... Visitation will be held in the THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, Pa., on Saturday, January 6, from 7 to 9 p.m., and on Sunday, January 7, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and again on Monday, January 8, until 9 a.m., the time of mass of Christian Burial, to be held at St. Therese de Lisieux R.C. Church, 61 Mill St., Uniontown, Pa. Rev. Fr. Kenneth Zaccagnini, V.F. as Celebrant.
